Drumheller, Alberta Canada: “Dinosaur Capital of Canada”
Road trip to The Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology
Attractions on the way to The Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology
Drumheller is located in Southern Alberta just 2 hours east of Calgary and Red Deer in the heart of the Canadian badlands.
Drumheller is a little bit dinosaurs obsessed. With small and large dinosaurs littering the lawns of many homes and businesses.
One of many roadside attraction on the way to the museum.
The mother of all roadside attractions is the “world’s largest dinosaur” which is a towering Tyrannosaurus Rex that stands 86 feet (26.2m) tall. Which is located right after you across the bridge on 1st St W. not like you would miss it.
In the parking lot. Other than looking like it’s getting stabbed by a palm tree it was Pretty cool. Looking up at the beast. The gigantic dinosaur does not only just look cool and very f was then taken, in prehistoric times they must have had gift stores in living dinosaur feet as well
