This was one of our cheapest cruises so far. Cruise C$43 per day Tips C$11 per day Goverment fees, taxes & port charges $60 per day. Total C$114 per day before port excursion, drinks, etc.
Airfare to Vancouver, BC and from Anchorage, Alaska to home was only C$373. Fees, taxes and charges added another C$95, for a total of C$468 per person. Normally this fare is around C$750. Now if only airports would have a sale on fees! My friend upgraded us to business class, so we flew in style.
Our friends from Europe were going to join us on this trip, however, due to medical reasons, they were unable to come.
