We continued along the famous Alaska Highway to Fairbanks. Home to the University of Alaska and Museum of the North. Some attractions include an authentic sternwheeler and learning about the history of Alaska’s rich gold mining areas. We saw one of Alaska’s greatest gold mining attractions, Gold Dredge No. 8.
